We're hiring a full-time Security Data Analyst to drive performance through data. In this role, you'll analyze information to identify actionable insights that support continuous improvement. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that enhance overall performance.

What You'll Do
- Analyze
logistics
reports,
shipment information
, and operational data
- Deploy data analyst skillset to manage efficiency in reports
- Build data quality assessments of critical data
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing results of the reports in the database
- Accountable for understanding and documenting systems, data flows, and data rules driven from assessments of critical data
- Demonstrated capability and maturity to work in an individual capacity and must proactively seek out ways to enhance the database and identify new data analysis needs.
- Ability to work as part of team and independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients
- Strong data analysis skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (5-Day Week), permanent shift time between 6PM EST to 2AM EST.
Total Compensation
$23.00-$27.00/hour
Minimum Requirements
- Background experience in logistics is preferred, not required
- Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail
- Ability to clearly communicate results and drive impact.
- Experience with distributed data frameworks like Spark to write and debug data pipelines.
- Good understanding of development processes and best practices like engineering standards, code reviews, and testing.
- Strong statistical knowledge.
- Strong ability in both written and oral communication.
- Highly self-motivated with a keen interest in problem-solving.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Highly self-motivated with a keen interest in problem-solving.
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned work locations
