Sessional Lab Instructor:
Computing Science

Part-time

***The Faculty of Natural Sciences at the King's University is seeking a sessional lab instructor in Computing
Science for the winter term of the academic year, The term runs from January 7th - April 29th, 2025.
The labs meet 3 hours per week. These courses will be offered in person at our campus in Edmonton.


COURSE DESCRIPTION
Computing Science 250 - Introduction to Computing Science

An overview of computing concepts and technologies


Topics include:
the history of computing,
computing and information technologies in society.
Labs are scheduled for Mondays, 2:00 - 5:00pm


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computing Science or related discipline
  • Postsecondary teaching experience as either a principal instructor or a teaching assistant.
  • Assent to the University's Christian Statement of Faith
