Evolve Chiropractic and Wellness is seeking a positive and experienced Clinic Manager to join our busy multi-disciplinary team.


We are looking for a dynamic, organized and detail-oriented leader who will be responsible for the operations of our practice, supporting our team and growing our business.

We consider this leadership position to be the heartbeat of our clinic.

Strong communication skills, leadership and attention to detail are a must.
This is an integral role in the operations of our clinic.

With having exceptional patient care in mind, the office manager will be the point of contact for patient concerns and well-being, any and all matters that need attention from the front end staff as well as the rest of the Evolve team.

They will also help to ensure the smooth day to day opertations of the clinic.

Implementation of policies, procedures, and processes within the clinic setting and with all pracitioners is another very important part of the role.

Evolve is looking for someone who can ensure clinic regulation compliance and effective operations through efficient scheduling and strong inventory management.


  • Implement and monitor office policies by establishing standard and procedures
  • Team supervision and performance management
  • Manage practitioner relations
  • Payroll; ceridian
  • Managing billing and accounts receivables.
  • Overseeing and maintaining office and clinical inventories.
  • Troubleshooting clinicrelated issues that arise.
  • Goaloriented and comfortable actively contributing to the achievement of individual and team goals.
  • Ability to address patient concerns and challenges with compassion and resilience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise workflow in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of employee relationships and conflict navigation.
  • Using JaneApp to revise schedules, maintain billing, and handle technical issues.
  • Supporting the improvement of clinic workflow

Skills Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in family practice or primary care clinic
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a medical office assistant or medical office support staff role
  • 13 years experience in a supervisory, team lead or manager position

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
