Here's how you'll be involved

Create a digital support strategy for end users
Develop high quality publicfacing materials to facilitate workshops (work products, deliverables, dashboards, videos)
Create and analyze results on user behavior in the face of change
Track change impacts, mitigation measures and knowledge transfer plans, which will be developed by the team and require followups
Participate in the search for solutions, the creation of documentation, and the organization and facilitation of workshops

Your experience

Bachelor's degree in Arts
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Experience in creating online training videos
Experience in facilitating training workshops
Must be familiar with MS Office Suit and digital tools
Interpersonal and resultsoriented communication skills

You stand out for

Ability to analyze and synthesize
Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec (if applicable, otherwise remove).
