The IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC), at LGS, employs professionals who collaborate on projects within technology practices, offering local and remote services.

Here's how you'll be involved

  • Create a digital support strategy for end users
  • Develop high quality publicfacing materials to facilitate workshops (work products, deliverables, dashboards, videos)
  • Create and analyze results on user behavior in the face of change
  • Track change impacts, mitigation measures and knowledge transfer plans, which will be developed by the team and require followups
  • Participate in the search for solutions, the creation of documentation, and the organization and facilitation of workshops
Your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in creating online training videos
  • Experience in facilitating training workshops
  • Must be familiar with MS Office Suit and digital tools
  • Interpersonal and resultsoriented communication skills
You stand out for

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
  • Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec (if applicable, otherwise remove).
