Key Responsibilities:

Experienced in the administration and deployment of SharePoint, ensuring collaborative and efficient content management.
Skilled in leveraging Azure services for cloud computing needs, including virtual computing, analytics, storage, and networking.
Implement IT policies focusing on security and company policies.
Manage and maintain the company's phone systems, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
Oversee the TV intranet system, ensuring it functions correctly and is updated as needed.
Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, including hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues related to IT systems and equipment.
Implement and manage security protocols to protect the company's technology infrastructure.
Keep abreast of new technology trends and recommend upgrades to enhance system efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with IT security protocols and data protection.
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Intune, and Azure.
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or a similar role.
Experience with phone systems and TV intranet management.
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Experience in a similar role in a small to mediumsized enterprise.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine.
