About the role:
We are getting ready to scale our agency and looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us and help us with taking care of our clients, while taking the bulk of the day to day client communication off of my plate.
So I'm looking for someone (you) to replace me so I can spend more of my time bringing in new clients (there is a LOT of interest) and on the high level client strategies - which is where I can add the most value to skyrocket our growth.
The vision for this role is for you to be able to keep our clients happy. Keep them updated on their projects, resolve any issues and possibly upsell them to other services when possible. We want to go above and beyond in service of our clients.I am looking for someone who is an amazing communicator, detail-oriented, and takes initiative. I am looking for an experienced 'people person', invested in continuous learning and growth.
We have team members all over the world, but you would need to be able to work in the US time zones.
Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Be the primary point of contact with customers
- Responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Responsible for delivering exceptional client service on a daytoday basis
- Communicate clearly the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams
- Update Project Manager on all clients call (strategy calls, new clients onboarding call, etc)
- Write the summary call report and share it with the Project Manager (PM will share it further)
- Update the Project Manager on any changes that client requests
- Create a Loom video with a weekly report and add weekly update at Master Document
- Compile all information and assets we need from the client

Requirements:
- Strong English is required
- 2+ years of experience working in Account Management (agency experience preferred)
- Clear track record of managing relationships with multiple clients
- Experience with digital marketing is a plus
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple clients
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- High level of accuracy, diligence, and integrity
- Strong organizational skills
