North & Company LLP is looking for a Payroll, Benefits, and AR Coordinator to join our accounting team, this is a full-time position (35 hours/week).


We are looking for an efficient and detail-oriented individual to assist our accounting department by managing payroll processes, administering employee benefits, and handling accounts receivable tasks.


To be successful as a Payroll, Benefits & AR Coordinator, you should be well-organized and knowledgeable of payroll, benefits, and accounting principles and practices.

The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients as well as demonstrate exceptional time management skills is a must.


Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and timely.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, tracking payments, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, benefits, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and accounts receivable.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
