- Assist in preparing new and used machinery, performing scheduled maintenance, and undertaking repairs or overhauls that typically require component replacement, commissioning, and adjusting electrical and pneumatic systems, including implementing warranty upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and diagnose issues with Liebherr machinery and components, focusing on electrical systems and supporting mechanics with mechanical, hydraulic, and A/C systems.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and prepare new and used equipment.
- Support mechanics in servicing Liebherr machinery as directed, including conducting fluid checks, pulling samples, checking and changing oil and filters, and greasing lubrication points.
- Help ensure that components, materials, and equipment are inspected according to specifications and that delivery schedules are met.
- Assist in ensuring all final verifications as outlined in work instructions, scopes of work, verbal communications, and specifications are completed.
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of reports and technical documents, including service reports.
- Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Ability to communicate detailed and complex information clearly and concisely.
- Adherence to instructions, guidelines, and protocols.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work on a days on, days off shift schedule.
