The Vintage Conservatory is a private club and storage facility for people who collect wine, and like to entertain or do business with bottles from their own collections - so much more personal than choosing off a list at a restaurant.
Members enjoy their own private locker in our state-of-the-art climate controlled cellar, beautiful fully appointed private rooms and lounge to properly engage friends and clients with the storied bottles they've collected.
Our Yorkville location is looking for driven, passionate and hardworking individuals to join our teamQualifications:
- Minimum 3 years management experience in fine dining or an elevated service level
- Working knowledge of fine dining cuisine, international wines and spirits and proper serving etiquette
- Experience recruiting, hiring and training staff according to the standards set out by the company
- Ability to confidently handle guest complaints or issues that may arise during service with finesse
- Must possess strong communication skills to host dinners and a clear command of the English language
- Must be professional, personable and wellpresented
- Ability to work flexible hours weekends and evenings as required
- Experience as a Sommelier or previous wine knowledge an asset
