Technical Service Representative MH

Key Areas of Responsibilities & Associates Duties, include but are not limited to:

  • Help diagnose and walk customers through technical issues
  • Field test and trials of product improvements solutions
  • Quality assurance for both shop and field teams
  • Major warranty investigations, warranty claim reporting back to the factory
  • Report concerns of product lines to the PC
  • Both Capital and Remanufactured Equipment
  • Technician Mentoring
. Global Support

  • Travel inside and sometimes outside of Canada.

Qualifications:


  • Must be experienced in and have a strong knowledge of LHD Epiroc equipment.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, able to multitask
  • Good computer skills including, excel, multiple databases.
  • A proven selfstarter who requires minimum supervision.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Outstanding people skills, good listener, ambitious and patient

Additional Information:


  • A strong technical background and good communication skills with both external & internal customers is a very big part of this position.
  • Communication in both official languages is a benefit
  • We would be providing the individuals with the proper training required to be able to perform this position.
  • This would be a great opportunity to increase your knowledge on all Epiroc equipment.

This position will be located in Lively but will be considered from anywhere in Canada.
