  • Live Core Values
  • Costings, Associations, ERP data andreconciliation to actual practices
  • Accruals of Marketing programs andoffinvoice deductions
  • Freight expenses reconciliation tocostings
  • Identifies areas for improvement and recommends workable solutions
  • Coverage for Cost Accounting
  • Support for Operations Controller to develop and maintain functional,specific, valueadded business metrics
  • Analytical tasks as assigned
  • Reviews corporate practices andrecommends improvements
  • Demonstrated Servant Leadership
  • Seek continuous improvement
  • Acts within Company philosophy

Ideal Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated 3+ years' experience indiversified business accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office andcomputerized accounting software
  • ERP software experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Demonstrated persistence insearching for answers and solutions
  • Accounting Designation or Enrollment
