Key Job ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Provide solutions based customer support that exceeds expectations and meets all organizational objectives.
- Execute high communications standards to set, follow through, and meet customer expectation clearly & accurately.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support through the capital process.
- Train new RVPs and Directors on the capital expenditure process.
- Proactively review internal processes to help improve customer service and rapid delivery to the enduser.
- Manage all hotel openings and closings from start to finish.
- Project manages capital expenditures with an aim on capital efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, defining ROI, and performing postdelivery reviews to ensure utilization and ROI expectations are met.
- Execute reinvestment strategies to preserve brand standards, ensure maximum up time, and improve asset performance.
- Directly manage CAPEX systems and processes with a focus on accuracy and consistency for field teams from the start to finish.
- Assess product utilization, costs, revenues, and overall business impact.
- Provide ongoing analytical support to key stakeholders, particularly in the areas of market opportunity assessment, asset performance, and financial modeling.
- Analyze asset utilization, subrental, and depreciation data to uncover opportunities to improve financials and meet organizational objectives.
- Prepare an annual Capital Plan to define specific product targets by market or product category before capital is released.
- Work closely with the Product Team, Procurement, and Operations Leadersto align with overall company goals and gain buyin across all levels of the organization.
- Provide regular reporting related to team goals and KPIs.
- Provide adhoc reports related to asset performance as needed.
- Collect feedback from field locations on new and existing products, document responses, and forward to appropriate team member within the department.
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in asset management
- University/College degree preferred
- Strong Customer Service skills required
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient with Excel and Access
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet or exceed multiple concurrent deadlines

Work Environment
Work is generally performed at an office that is moderately quiet. Team members will occasionally visit other work locations for meetings or for other business reasons. Working times will include days and may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined byEncore.
