    Description

    WAAS Aerospace Inc. has been in operation since 2014 and is a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) with facilities at MET Montreal Metropolitan Airport (CYHU) and Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB). We provide scheduled and line maintenance, avionics modifications, and research and development services for business aircraft and large carriers.

    Role and context


    The Storekeeper is responsible for managing aircraft parts and equipment in compliance with traceability, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role is involved in receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping parts required for maintenance activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and equipment.
    • Store items according to safety and classification standards.
    • Manage inventory and ensure full parts traceability.
    • Prepare and deliver parts to technicians based on requests.
    • Complete transactions in the maintenance management system.
    • Participate in cycle counts and annual inventories.
    • Verify certifications (FAA, EASA, TCCA) before stocking parts.
    • Manage returns of used or non‑compliant parts.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
    • Follow safe material‑handling procedures.
    • Manage tooling and its calibration.

    Specific Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent vocational diploma (DEP) in logistics.
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in an aerospace or industrial warehouse.
    • Knowledge of parts certification requirements (FAA/EASA/TCCA).
    • Basic proficiency with inventory management software.
    • Valid driver's licence (Class 5).
    • Ability to lift loads according to applicable standards.
    • Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
    • French required; strong command of English.
