Job description

Perform warranty work on eligible machines
Test components for functionality
Repair equipment that may include laptops ,desktops, and servers
Harvest parts from systems which can't be repaired
Wipe hard drives and troubleshoot any issues
Maintain clean and professional work area
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

Understanding of businessclass hardware (Lenovo, Dell, HP, APPLE)
Extensive knowledge of computer parts and accessories
Ability to perform troubleshooting for a range of technical issues
Experience supporting Windows OS, Mac OS, smartphones, printers and PC hardware
Strong attention to detail and able to follow specific processes
Able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs when needed
Able to work in a team setting
