What can I expect to do in this role?:

Work Description
As a Data Analyst Assistant, you may have the opportunity to work on some or all of the following activities:

  • Perform data entry of information, and make corrections, as required.
  • Conduct data validation and assessment to determine readiness and ensure it meets the predetermined criteria.
  • Liaise with IT staff to update data on the Boards case management system.
  • Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage daily assigned work.

How do I qualify?:


Mandatory:

You must meet
all eligibility criteria by the first day of employment (contracts begin between May and July):


  • Age: You must be a minimum of 15 years of age. There is no maximum age limit.

Residency: You must be a resident of Ontario during the term of employment.
-
Work Status: You must be legally entitled to work in Canada. You are also required to have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN) upon being hired.

  • You are able to accurately input data, review and update files, and generate reports.

Analytical and Organizational Skills:


  • You work independently or as part of a team; you plan, organize, and prioritize your work to meet competing deadlines.
