Job Description Mission**We are looking for a Civil Design Project Manager to join our civil/municipal group in Ontario to work on projects based mainly in the Greater Toronto Area. As a Civil Design Project Manager, you will lead the design of municipal infrastructure projects, as well as develop and empower a multidisciplinary group of professionals.

You will have the opportunity to take part in our hybrid work model that includes flexible work hours, working from home and in our Bowmanville, Toronto-Mississauga, Burlington and Kitchener office._

Primary Responsibilities

Be an emergent leader supporting the business growth of the municipal infrastructure sector in Ontario
Lead and manage projects and project teams through all phases of the project from planning, design, and construction of civil/municipal infrastructure projects
Manage project resources, schedule, budget, quality management and project risk assessment on behalf of CIMA+ to meet client expectations individually and independently
Prepare and supervise engineering studies, environmental assessments, reports, calculations, plans and contract documents, cost estimates and construction specifications
Lead and assist in the pursuit of new projects involving request for proposals with clients, including technical writing and proposal development and production
Build relationships with existing and potential clients to grow the local practice
Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory and utility agencies, project stakeholders, and contractors
Lead and mentor intermediate and junior staff on fundamentals of detailed design and general project management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) licensed to practice in the Province of Ontario (PEO)
Minimum 8 years of experience working with regional & municipal clients on municipal infrastructure projects
Valid ''G'' class driver's license and access to a vehicle
PMP certification (an asset)
