Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Change Management Specialist for our Federal Government client.

The following responsibilities are associated with the "Statement of Work" but are not limited to:
Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop Comprehensive Change Enablement Strategies: Collaborate with project stakeholders to create actionable change enablement strategies, encompassing effective communication and engagement plans, and comprehensive training programs tailored to a technologyrelated initiative.
  • Design and

Execute Change Management Plans:

Create and implement targeted change management plans, including communication and engagement strategies, change team roadmaps, training plans, and support plans, in alignment with the Council's standard TACM (Technology Adaptation and Change Management) practice.


  • Mitigate Peopleside Risks: Identify potential points of resistance and risks associated with the change process. Proactively develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.


Develop and maintain change management documentation: stakeholders' analysis, change impact assessment, change canvas, training needs assessment, communication & stakeholders engagement plan, etc.


  • Manage change meetings: Create and facilitate change management meetings and interactions during the project lifecycle.
  • Integrate Change Management into

Project Plans:
Collaborate with the project manager and project team to seamlessly integrate change management activities into overall project plans. Ensure that change management milestones align with project timelines.

  • Facilitate Communication and

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with the project team and relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure timely and effective communication to impacted audiences.

Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to address their needs and concerns.

  • Maintain Project Vision and Priorities: Collaborate with the project team and relevant stakeholders to define and maintain the project vision. Prioritize anticipated needs and adapt change management strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and monitor multiple projects simultaneously
  • Any other tasks related to change management
