The Office Manager provides support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities and asset management.


Job Requirements:


  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience providing administrative and financial support services for a group of staff, including:
  • Coordinating administrative processes and acting as a point of contact for other staff.
  • Coordinating financial activities (budget, contract administration, accounts payable, purchasing).
  • Providing administration of human resources, payroll, leave management and onboarding of new employees.
  • Records Management.
  • Coordinating equipment and office supplies.

About this Position:

There are four (4) permanent opportunities available. An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.


Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work from home a few days a week as per the Telework Agreement.
