    IT Support Representative

    The IT Support Representative is responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users (staff and PPI Advisors), troubleshooting issues and resolving problems related to hardware and software, and ensuring that computer systems are running smoothly. As part of the Helpdesk team, the IT Support Representative works interactively with the Manager, IT, and other IT Support and Network Infrastructure team members.

    The primary duties of an IT Support Representative may include:

  • Responding to user requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in person.
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Installing and configuring software and operating systems.
  • Providing support for applications such as Microsoft Office, email clients, and other business-specific software.
  • Troubleshooting network connectivity and issues related to network printers, switches, and routers.
