    Job Information

    Located at the Stanton Territorial Hospital in Yellowknife and reporting to the Manager, P3 Operations, you will support the Manager in maintaining a professional relationship with stakeholders and ensuring the public-private partnership (P3) Agreement is met. You will ensure deliverables are met within negotiated parameters and costs and assist end-users in submitting requests and resolving deficiencies. In this role, you will contribute to developing business processes to support managers in completing minor works and maintaining records of time-sensitive work items. You will also contribute to ensuring the integrity of site operations and resolve any issues that arise between Stanton Territorial Hospital (STH) and private partners. You will work closely with the P3 Operations team and liaise with STH staff to ensure the delivery of services as outlined in the Project Agreement. The position also completes the financial processing of Project Co and Service invoices including verification for accuracy, confirming goods and services were received.

    The ideal candidate for this role should possess knowledge of financial concepts and office administration, as well as have proven skills in using office, database, and project management software applications. Collaboration, communication, and client service skills are also essential, along with time management, organizational, and contract management skills. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team, exercise independent judgement, assess situations and reprioritize as needed, and work under pressure with deadlines. Personal diversity, inclusion, cultural awareness, safety, and sensitivity approaches are also important values to uphold in the workplace.

    Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:
    A two-year diploma in office management or business administration, and 5 years' experience providing administrative support to senior management or complex project team.Experience in supporting board governance, working with quality and risk management processes, and working in a health care setting would be considered an asset.
