Walkers Point Marina is hiring a Service Writer/Scheduler to compliment our expanding service department team. This is a full-time, year- round position offering excellent benefits and wages as well as a retirement program.
Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting the Service Manager with regards to scheduling, delegation of tasks for Technicians and processing paperwork to ensure that all forms are filled out.
This position must exhibit exceptional customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail.

- General knowledge of Automotive/Marine an Asset
Tasks:
- Assist Service Manager with scheduling
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Create/Monitor/Close work orders.
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Assist with promotional programs
- Create estimates
- Other duties as requested by Service Manager

- 8 hour shift
