Description

• Track and Trace drivers and handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Manage customs clearance ( PAPS, PARS, ACE, ACI )
• Communicate freight requirements & procedures to drivers
• Assist dispatchers to resolve daytoday issues and activities as requested
• Maintain companies various software's by entering data and ensuring all the information is accurate and uptodate
• Other duties as required

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and inwriting
• Must be organized and have problemsolving mindset
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Must have sufficient typing speed
• Knowledge of trucking industry is an asset
• Previous experience with Motive, Samsara, Borderconnect, Rose Rocket is an asset
