Part Time with Benefits
Compensation:
$25,000-30,000/year dependent on experience.
Required qualifications:
- Must have Manitoba Drivers License and access to a vehicle.
- Must have mobile phone.
- Must have strong work ethic with the ability to make decisions, manage time effectively, and keep organized with conflicting priorities.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Highlymotivated individual who is capable of using initiative and selfmanaging skills to work effectively and independently with mínimal direction.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Previous experience required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide day to day support for the two Client Relationship Managers whose focus is to manage our athletes banking and financial needs.
Process client monthly bills.
Complete new client documentation.
Update client addresses with banks and credit card companies.
Manage quarterly report documentation.
Track and analyze of client hockey game logs and duty days.
Upload collected tax documents for CPA analysis.
Manage client tax notices.
Complete invoice spreadsheets for client's corporate business.
Set up client and staff Teams meetings and with Salesforce
Sort, scan and file mail.
Book travel for clients and staff
Manage and order office supplies
Process incoming mail
Drive to financial institutions, post office, and home offices

Part-time hours: 20 per week

$25,000.00-$30,000.00 per year
