is a fastest growing NNHP (Natural and Non-prescription Health Product) manufacturing company based in Maple Ridge, BC having presence in North America, Asia, Middle East and Latin American countries.

We are passionate in delivering result and customer satisfaction.

To boost our growth, we are looking for
"Sales Support" with the following job description and requirements:

Providing quotation for specific product and issuing Proforma Invoice to the client.
Processing of all the purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinating with the team members regarding clients' orders and ensure that all their concerns will be attended.
Prepare and maintain various production list reports in weekly basis.
Perform data entry of new purchase order into internal system and submit to the team.
Confirming the correct labels to be used on packaging.
Sending product samples and documents to the client via courier.
Checking all the available stocks before scheduling for packaging.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Diploma is a must.
Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a cando attitude.
Teamwork and motivational skills
Expertise in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
Strong communication skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
