An ever-evolving point of view, joy in self-expression, and quality are central to our contemporary philosophy.***: As the Outbound Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of functions within the outbound and deliveries, including both retail distribution and e-commerce. The Outbound Supervisor is required to energize direct reports, motivate strong performers, course correct where needed and take responsibility for the performance of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact for all Outbound matters
- Accountable for Outbound teams meeting shipping SLA for SO and TO
- Assigns responsibilities and generates staff scheduling requirements for all Retail and Digital OB teams
- Monitors and owns the performance improvement program for associates assigned
- Mentors, coaches, and develops talent within their department through onthejob training
- Coordinate daily activities with Inbound Coordinator to achieve correct product flow
- Ensure all supplies required by Outbound team members are available and working properly
- Prepare SOS and EOS reports and ongoingly looks after KPI performance
- Maintain and ensure adherence to SOP and overall staff training
- Liaise with Logistics team and our Carrier partners to manage and prioritize Outbound volume
- Accountable for orders life cycle from Waving to Shipping
- Supports the DC Operations Manager with other assignments
- Key holder responsibilities, such as health and safety of the staff and corporate assets
- Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in leading distribution, shipping, or other experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented
- Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety
- Experience in leading and coaching personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
- Handson commitment to getting the job done.
