RESPONSIBILITIES
- Code and post invoices accurately and efficiently in Yardi Payscan
- Ensure pricing on invoices is correct
- Match invoices to purchase orders where required
- Process manual, utility and rush cheques ensuring all necessary approvals are in place
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal and external clients as needed
- Identify opportunities for system/process efficiencies and/or enhancements
- A minimum of five years related experience, preferably in a property management environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, accurately meet deadlines and handle large volumes of work in an organized manner
- Ability to work well within a team
- Efficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Yardi experience an asset
- Working knowledge of the French language also an asset
