Our Client is seeking up to two (2) Senior Business Analysts to take business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

Resource will work remotely during regular Alberta business hours. Work must be done from within Alberta, Canada due to network and data security issues.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

Experience as a business analyst translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements in an enterprise environment. (8+ years)
Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation. (5+ years)
Experience in facilitating and managing business process development and process reengineering workshops and sessions. (5+ years)
Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across organizations or departments. (5+ years)
Experience in developing integrated system and technical design specifications on complex engagements. (3+ years)

Nice To Have Skills

Experience in the development of project documents for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc years)
Experience in facilitating meetings and communicating with senior management and project stakeholders. (5+ years)
Experience in the design, development and implementation of complex IT solutions. (5+ years)
Experience working within an agile development environment. (4+ years)
Experience with User Acceptance Testing processes on large, complex, multistakeholder environment. (4+ years)
Experience in understanding of business values related to features and functions (4+ years)
Experience in effectively managing conflicting needs of stakeholders (4+ years)
