TOC Supplies, a car detailing business in both retail and e-commerce is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a sister company to TOC Logistics, a rapidly growing logistics provider, we are dedicated to providing top-notch customer service across Canada.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, managing vendor relationships, overseeing inventory planning, and handling product orders.

This position is integral to ensuring seamless business operations and maintaining a positive customer service experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers to address inquiries.
  • Conduct accurate and timely inventory counts.
  • Manage product orders and quotes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, executing followups on pricing policies.
  • Ensure internal updates on systems (ecommerce platform, Shopify, and accounting system, QuickBooks).
  • Support the business development team with internal requests.

Requirements:


  • College Diploma degree preferably in business.
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred knowledge of Shopify and QuickBooks platforms.
  • Must be selfmotivated and goal driven.
  • Positive attitude and a "can do" approach to customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in learning on the job and continuously learning.
  • May require weekend events or retail store openings.
