Responsibilities:
- File and label files according to company standards.
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution.
- Answer phone calls and display a pleasant demeanor.
- Use the Internet to perform research and communicate with coworkers.
- Be available to receive visitors when needed.
- Check in deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips
Ability to commute/relocate:
- SURREY, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (required)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
