Overview
The AI Delivery Lead plays a critical supporting role to the Project Managers in delivering AI-enabled solutions. This position ensures smooth coordination across AI, Advanced Analytics, Data, Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams by providing structure, clarity, and cross-functional alignment.
The AI Delivery Lead does not own technical design or overall project leadership. Instead, they enable the Project Manager's success by managing inter-team orchestration, surfacing risks, ensuring production readiness requirements are met, and helping maintain predictable, compliant delivery across the AI lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate integrated delivery plans across AI, data, engineering, and platform teams.
- Track milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure alignment.
- Monitor and escalate risks related to data, models, security, compliance, and integration.
- Support production readiness including architecture, security, transition, and support planning.
- Assist with clear delivery reporting and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 8+ years supporting complex digital, data, or AI initiatives.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML lifecycles and Agile delivery.
- Strong risk management, issue escalation, and communication skills.
