What to Expect:


As a Digital Automation Specialist, you will play an important role in our digital transformation journey by revolutionizing business processes and unlocking digital automation opportunities across the organization.

You will drive the acceleration of our Citizen Development program supporting citizen developers on low-code automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.

You will build capabilities in digital automation in our non-technical employees and drive business process analysis to find new opportunities where digital automation can bring improved business efficiency and productivity gains.

We collaborate with our business partners around the world to deliver standardized, integrated technology products and services to create tangible business value.


  • Meet with various business units to understand their processes and identify opportunities for digital automation, while conducting analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize low code automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Power Automate Desktop to support the design and build of automation solutions.
  • Deliver training on Lowcode Platforms; such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, and drive engagement with our Citizen Development community through our Citizen Development Framework.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business productivity gains. Deliver comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders and management based on the findings from KPI tracking.
  • Enforce Compliance by Design in developed solutions and adhere to the governance guidelines model to ensure seamless business continuity.
  • Communicate Success Stories and drive advocacy across the organization.

Role Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with lowcode automation platforms, including Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism.
  • Proficient in business process analysis and process improvement methodologies, enabling effective identification and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify automation opportunities and design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and influencing stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and platforms, coupled with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop, and Blue Prism, with recent handson experience showcasing expertise in these platforms.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, focusing on business process analysis and implementing automation solutions, indicating a track record of successful automation projects.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and scripting including Python, Java, C#, etc.
