Tahinis Restaurants is seeking an Operations Manager to join its Operations Team.

This role will report to the Vice President of Operations and will play an important role in the management team.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Vice President of Operations
Provide inspired leadership for the organization
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
Support worker communication with the management team
Developing and implementing strategies to keep employees motivated and dedicated
Creating presentations and communicating with executives about plans and strategies
Identifying problems and coming up with effective solutions quickly
Monitoring changing market conditions and adjusting strategies accordingly
Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field
At least 3 Years Canadian work experience as operations or in a similar role
Restaurant work experience is a must
Experienced in management, operations, and leadership
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
Excellent communication skills.
Critical thinker and Team player
Able to approach situations with confidence and a strong Problem Solver
Working in a fastpaced environment
Driving license, w/ car is preferred

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
