Your tasks at a glance

You welcome patients and take care of their files.
You give patients information about their appointment (eg price, duration, etc.).
You perform preliminary eye examinations and various examinations prescribed by the Ophthalmologist.
You ensure the cleanliness of the premises.
You will be crosstrained to work in other clinic positions such as _Ophthalmic Assistant & Receptionist_.

Your experience in the health care field is considered an asset (ex: optometry assistant, orderly, dental assistant, pharmacy lab technician, sterilization assistant, animal health technician assistant, etc.).

Required: You have excellent communication skills,
you speak English _et français également _**(advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).

Required: You are available for initial training (approx. 3 months) at the Decarie clinic. Shifts will then be divided between Pointe-Claire (4x/week) and Decarie (1x/week).
