Description

We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent teamwork skills to join our team.

This position will provide care for youth with moderate to severe behavioral needs, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, in a group living setting.

This position will provide support in all areas of living through participation in home and community-based activities.

Through collaboration with a supportive staff team, you will create a place of belonging and help the youth and young adults develop their dreams, goals and life purpose.

LOCATION
Campbell River, BC

Employees are expected to be available for shifts according to program needs. This schedule may include day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Current Positions Available

2 Permanent Full Time 40hr/week positions
1 Permanent Full Time 32hr/week position
1 Permanent Part Time 24hr/week position
2 Casual Positions

Here's what we need from you:

The ability to take initiative with creativity and flexibility
The ability to work as a member of a team as well as being able to work independently
Good written and verbal English skills
Child and Youth Care Diploma. We provide in house training if you do not have this diploma
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Class 5 Drivers License
Personal Driving Record
Emergency First Aid Certificate
Doctor's Note of Good Health
TB Testing Results
Proof of full COVID19 vaccination
