We are looking for a Seasonal Grounds Person to join our team to service our Manufactured Home Communities in the Sydney area. (May/June 2024 to August 31, 2024)

This is a hands-on position working outdoors in landscaping, and other property specific duties as needed.

Who you are:

•Landscaping experience (knowledge of plants, laying sod or seed, etc.);

•Mowing, working with trimmers;

•Experience in some carpentry would be an asset in building fences, working on small projects;

•Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision;

•Must have own transportation.
