14 days in camp, 7 days out.

Job Description:


How You'll Make an Impact:


You will be responsible for food quality and customer service in a cash handling retail food operation that includes branded concepts, in-house formats and signature designs to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company.

Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.

  • Lead a team to deliver consistent quality service excellence in a Branded Lounge (Bar and Restaurant) Outlet. Ensure financial targets set by segment are met and/or exceeded
  • Maintain, track and delegate action items with key stakeholders to drive growth
  • Act as link between brand operators and brand service requirements
  • Responsible for all policy, procedure, and framework of Lounge operations
Adhere to policies, processes and overall safety of employees and customers/public.


Responsible for financial oversight and accountable to drive revenue and profitability: Meet segment targets and key performance indicators Manage forecast, budget while operationalizing e business plans and adhering to contracts and policy. Report on financial status at regular pre-determined intervals.


Execute operational plans and manage brand(s) including retail policy, process and program compliance, inventory and product and menu management, stock and cost control, omni-channel retail streams, quality concerns, technical support issues, supply management and customer feedback.


Supervise and lead a team of front line employees, including but not limited to hiring, training, scheduling, communicating policies and procedures to employees, and may participate in managing HR issues and performance evaluations


Perform as a working manager leading by example. Provide support to team with a focus on health and safety, operational procedures, retail offer, track and monitor business analytics, and provide customer service as needed


Qualifications:


What You'll Need to Succeed:

- ****Minimum 2 years brand management experience preferably in commissary operations, merchandising and stock control including inventory management, ordering, pricing, analytics

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership role including recruitment, health and safety, scheduling, training and may have experience in employee development, performance management and recognition
  • Strong both client relations and customer skills
  • Strong communication skills including written, oral and interpersonal communications
  • Strong leadership skills
