- Order picking, order fulfillment and packaging
- Material handling and loading/unloading of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Coordination with outside service vendors
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of related shipping/receiving experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (asset)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with an ERP system such as JDE (asset)
- Physical demands: ability to lift occasionally 50–80 lbs; required to stand, walk, sit; use hands to handle and reach
