TEP-Canada Junior/Intermediate Site Acquisition Specialist
Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking junior/intermediate full-time employee for a Site Acquisition Specialist role in Canada based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for site project, including leasing, permitting, and land use processing.
- Identify and coordinate with property owners to gain authority to enter into legal agreements for the installation of a wireless communication facility.
- Complete due diligence packages, including property research, title reports, vesting deeds, zoning maps, parcel maps, street maps, etc. for selected sites.
- Negotiate lease, license and/or easement agreements with identified property owners.
- Coordinate site visits with multidisciplinary team, including RF Engineering, Construction Management, Land Use and Engineering.
- Prepare executable leasing packages in accordance with internal quality assurance program and client specifications.
- Interact with RF Engineering and construction to ensure compliance with all clients, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental, and industry requirements.
- Produce accurate project forecasting and reporting to the Project Manager and client as required.
- Attend status meetings and present site status reports.
- Have knowledge of local Land Use and Building permitting process.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience performing role as Site Acquisition Specialist.
- Undergraduate university degree or college diploma and experience.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and independently, multitask, work closely as a member of a project team, meet stringent deadlines, and achieve project goals.
- Be detailoriented and possess strong followthrough skills.
- A general understanding of real estate terminology and transactions.
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Travel for meetings and site visits in Canada required.
- Driver's license required.
- Bilingual language skills desirable.
- PMP Designation or similar training and experience desirable.
- Real Estate License optional.
