Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our team.

The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, providing guidance to technicians, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Duties:

Lead and supervise a team of technicians in daily tasks and project assignments
Install, maintain, and repair various technical systems including CCTV, IDS, computer networking, and computer hardware
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot technical issues
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to complete tasks efficiently
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment functionality
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in a technical role with expertise in CCTV systems, computer networking, IDS, and computer hardware
Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of technicians
Knowledge of security systems and protocols
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$32.00-$38.00 per hour
