So, what will you be doing as an HR Generalist?

  • Provides support in assessing the organization setup in order to achieve better effectiveness and efficiency, to meet the enterprise business priorities and the HR strategic agenda's requirements for the local organization.
  • Promotes, implements, communicates activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues for blue and white collars.

PAYROLL:


Responsible for Payroll report verify, and prepare payroll related reports; Work with Finance team to prepare cost center related analysis report; HRIS & local database maintain & ensure employee data accuracy; Prepare Resource Management report, Headcount analysis report and Turnover analysis report; Provide employee report to related department; Verify the HR related reports accuracy; Salary Adjustment record.


  • Employee Relationship: handle employee grievance and labor issues with business leaders and HR teams. Deal and lead the labor arbitration and lawsuit. Provide labor law and regulation advices to HR and management teams. Keep monitoring the change of labor law & regulation changes, and provide in time introduction to HR and management team for risk alert and best practices.
  • Provides advisory to business line managers to facilitate achievement of established business objectives throughout a proper people management.
  • Effectively communicates to employees on main relevant topics regarding HR processes, main organizational changes, etc.
  • Recruits, develops and retains highperforming and talented workforce for his/her own organization.
  • Identifies training and development needs through performance management system outcomes, as well as competencies and leadership behaviors evaluation ones.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Employment/Labor Laws
  • Strong Employee Relations skills
  • Strong administrative skills and high attention to detail
  • Some experience with fullcycle recruitment
  • Knowledge of developing & implementing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that comply with legal requirements and align with organizational goals
  • Familiarity with administering Employee Benefits programs
  • Ability to build long term relationships and put effort in earning trust
  • Communication skills
  • Confidentiality & integrity
  • Problemsolving & decisionmaking skills
  • Analytical & goal oriented
