- Perform full menu of bath, brush and grooming services.
- Recommend additional health and wellness solutions based on pet's needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for pet parents.
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness, sanitation, and humane conditions for all pets in the grooming area.
- Assist with salon appointment reminder calls and maintain client records.
- Prior grooming experience or completion of PetSmart's Salon Academy training and safety certification program.
