The Bradford Farmers' Market's goals are to grant the residents of BWG and surrounding areas access to a viable farmers' market in their own community; to provide a venue for local producers, farmers and artisans to sell and showcase their products; to promote healthy local living; to offer volunteer opportunities; and to engage local groups, musicians, organizations and foundations operating in the community.

• Facilitate communication with vendors, addressing inquiries and sharing important information.
• Post regularly on Instagram and Facebook.
• Recruit, manage, and train volunteers.
• Create vendor layout each week.
• Reach out to community groups to join the market.
• Build relationships and secure sponsors for the market.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with our partners (Town of Bradford and the Bradford Public Library) through regular checkins, updates, and collaborative planning sessions.
• Organize musicians/entertainment for each week.
• Keep track of market finances, including vendor fees, sponsor contributions, and any other financial transactions and work with the Treasurer to maintain accurate financial records.
• Plan special events for the market (one per month).

• Set up tents, tables, chairs, and decorations with volunteer helpers or vendors weekly.
• Oversee the layout of the market and guide vendors during setup.
• Capture photographs of market events, vendors, and products to post on socials.
• Engage with vendors and customers, answer questions, and gather feedback.
• Address any customer and/or vendor concerns or issues during market hours.
• Ensure vendors are adhering to market guidelines.
