We're looking for a qualified, permanent, part-time Health Care Aides to join our Nursing Care team at Columbia Garden Village in Invermere, BC .

If you're a qualified Health Care Aide, and you are a strong team player, then we'd like to hear from you
The successful candidate will have related experience and a passion for providing high quality care and support for seniors.
Provide personal care to residents and provide assistance as required;
Perform delegated clinical procedures, record observations, report problem or condition changes to nurse supervisor and participate in team planning;
Use medical and mobility equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions to the nursing supervisor;
Follow security and infection control policies and procedures; Current registration and in good standing as a Health Care Assistant with the British Columbia Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry (BCCACHWR);
Certificate of completion from a recognized Care aide (RCA, HCA) program;
Certificates in First Aid and Food Safe preferred;
Proven computer experience;
Can provide a negative TB screening test;

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccinations or approved exemption for an accommodation based on a reason related to human rights.
