    Overview

    Fountain Tire (Ladner) is searching for a friendly and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to manage the operations of the service department to drive productivity, quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Salary: $24 - $28/hr

  • As a Service Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services
  • Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities
  • Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work
  • Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner
  • Advising technicians of work that must be completed
  • Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service
  • Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop
  • Our ideal candidate has/is:

  • 3-5 years' experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor providing Service Estimation
  • Knowledge of mechanical services
  • Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • A customer service focus
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements
  • Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules
