- You will work with the Property Matters Member on the Council to manage all vendor contracts and vendor invoice payments for all JKs in Northeast Ontario.
- You will manage scheduling service appointments, submitting invoices for payment, JK expense management as well as general enquiries and follow up as needed.
- Are self motivated,
- Have good organizational skills
- Have good written and verbal communication skills,
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams.
- Must reside in Ontario Canada.

About the Program
The Property Matters portfolio is responsible for the ongoing operations, repairs and maintenance of all JKs in Northeast Ontario. We ensure continuous safety, security and comfort of the Jamat and extended community within the JK properties. We work with Facility managers at each JK and with various vendors that provide services to the JKs. These vendors can include, Waste Management, Snow Removal, HVAC maintenance, Pest Control etc.About the Role
