EN TANT QUE STAGIAIRE D'ÉTÉ SUR LES MARCHÉS DES CAPITAUX CHEZ JLL, VOUS ETES EN CHARGE DE:
Recueillir de l'information sur le marché et fournir un soutien à l'équipe de courtage
Préparer les présentations et créer d'autres outils de marketing
Gérer la base de données des propriétaires fonciers et communiquer avec les nouveaux clients et les clients potentiels
fournir un soutien et de la recherche au groupe Marchés des capitaux
Participer aux réunions hebdomadaires de l'équipe, aux réunions internes et aux réunions mentor / mentoré

Fin de l'année:
présentation au comité

COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE DÉSIRES:

Actuellement inscrit à des études postsecondaires en commerce, économie, administration des affaires, économie urbaine, urbanisme, marketing, géographie urbaine, ou à des programmes connexes
une connaissance manifeste des progiciels, notamment MS Windows; MS Office, y compris MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint et Teams; Adobe Standard
Bonnes habiletés de communication verbale et écrite
Comportement professionnel
doit être motivé et proactif
excellentes aptitudes en gestion du temps et en organisation
doit être en mesure de bien travailler de façon autonome et de collaborer avec les autres
L'expérience dans le secteur immobilier commercial est un atout

JLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP

Take the opportunity to start your career early in the commercial real estate field Spend time learning what it's like to work in the fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment at JLL.

Within our program, interns are an integral part of our team working alongside real estate analysts, transaction professionals and other associates.

You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

AS A CAPITAL MARKETS SUMMER INTERN AT JLL YOU WILL:
Gather market information and provide support for the brokerage team
Prepare for pitches and create other marketing tools
Manage the database of property owners and reaching out to new and potential clients
Provide market and research support to the Capital Markets group
Participate in weekly team meetings, internal meetings, and mentor/mentee meetings
Complete end of the year internship pitch presentation to panel

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Economics, Urban Planning, Marketing, Urban Geography, or related programs
Demonstrated proficiency with software packages including but not limited to MS Windows; MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams; Adobe Standard
Good verbal and written communication skills
Professional yet personable demeanor
Must be self-motivated and proactive
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
Experience in the commercial real estate sector is an asset
