BIOVECTRA Inc. has an opening for a
Technical Operations Student. This is an
8 month work term located in Windsor, NS.

Preparing spreadsheets to track critical project data, preparing summary reports, and identifying process improvement opportunities using statistical methods.
Working with the project team in the identification of instruments, equipment and process aids for the maintenance and manufacturing departments for the facility and recommending supplier options
Providing administrative support for the facility staff and sourcing, purchasing, negotiating equipment and process aids for processes.
Creating BPR and work instructions for manufacturing team.
Assisting to train operators on new equipment.
Supporting batch execution on the floor with set up materials through the inventory system for batch production.
General housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
Adhering to BIOVECTRA's Health and Safety Policy as outlined in CP0010 Occupational Health and Safety Policy, Statements of Principle, and Responsibilities.
Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor's request.
Currently enrolled in a postsecondary program.
