Principales responsabilités :

• Participer au développement de l'outil RT-XSG (Logiciel basé sur MATLAB/Simulink pour faciliter le déploiement de modèles sur les FPGA des simulateurs OPAL-RT):
• Planification en équipe;
• Conception logicielle;
• Développement backend Java et MATLAB;
• Développement d'interface utilisateur (Java FX, MATLAB);
• Ajout de tests automatisés.
• Participer aux procédures et processus d'amélioration continue (CI/CD);
• Support client avancé.

Exigences :

• Scolarité :Être aux études au Baccalauréat en génie informatique ou électrique;
• Connaissances requises :JAVA, MATLAB/Simulink, Git, Connaissance en Système Embarqué ou Système Numérique de Contrôle Commande.
• Autres compétences (atouts) : Technologie FPGA (XILINX System Generator ou Model Composer), Jenkins, Jira/Confluence, Workflow Agile.
• Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire - des cours seront offerts si nécessaire pour faciliter l'intégration. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout pour la lecture de littérature technique disponible uniquement en anglais.
• Compétences recherchées :Autonomie, polyvalence, proactivité, curiosité, organisation, bonne communication, esprit d'équipe, rigueur et détermination, capacité d'analyse et d'adaptation.

This is a 4 month internship during summer 2024.

Main Duties:

• Participate in the development of the RT-XSG tool (Software based on MATLAB/Simulink to facilitate the deployment of models on the FPGAs of OPAL-RT simulators):
• Team planning;
• Software design;
• Java and MATLAB backend development:
• User interface development (Java FX, MATLAB);
• Addition of automated tests;
• Participate in continuous improvement procedures and processes (CI / CD);
• Advanced customer support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software or Electrical engineering;
• Required knowledge: JAVA, MATLAB / Simulink, Git, Knowledge of Embedded System or Digital Control System.
• Other skills (assets):FPGA Technology (XILINX System Generator or Model Composer), Jenkins, Jira / Confluence, Agile Workflow.
• Language abilities: French required - courses will be offered if necessary to facilitate integration. Knowledge of English is an asset for reading technical literature available only in English.
• Required skills:Autonomy, versatility, proactivity, curiosity, organization, good communication, team spirit, rigor and determination, capacity for analysis and adaptation.
