Description

Hometown Orthodontics is looking for a dental assistant to join their Mississauga location As our practice grows, we are looking for a talented and energetic individual who can become part of our incredible staff We are looking for someone to start ASAP

Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:

Sterilization
Chairside assisting of hygienists and Orthodontist
Set up and clean up of chairs
Writing notes
Taking xrays, impressions, intraoral photos
Oral hygiene and elastic wear instruction

The typical hours required for this position are the following. There is potential for this position to become full time hours (5 days per week)

Monday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Education in dental assisting with a CDA Level II is preferred but not required.

New grads are welcome Individuals must have excellent oral and written skills, ability to work well individually or in teams, be able to multi-task, be proficient with computers and outstanding customer service skills.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
