Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications the Brand Marketing Specialist leads the visual aspects of our marketing and communications efforts while contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

We are looking for a creative, team player who enjoys contributing to marketing strategy while collaborating on projects to build brands, drive sales and enhance the customer experience.


The Marketing Specialist is based out of the Surrey office and works 40 hours on average per week Monday to Friday.

Due to COVID-19, work from home arrangements are temporarily available for this position.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop brand assets to support marketing campaigns, brand promotions and other visual branding tools.
  • Coordinate inventory and ordering of print materials to support internal teams and customers.
  • Oversee internal communications channels including newsletters and Intranet.
  • Plan and coordinate development and submission of Employer Branding Award Applications.
  • Lead brand marketing initiatives around interior and exterior branch signage & showrooms.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy and execution.
  • Oversee customer and employee merchandise program.
  • Work with marketing & communications team to ensure consistency of brand across platforms.
  • Coordinate media buys (print and digital).
  • Manage social media accounts, strategy, and content.
  • Other projects and tasks as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Postsecondary education in Design, Marketing or Communications.
  • Experience in website CMS an asset (WordPress, Hootsuite, Shopify).
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong understanding of SEO & SEM best practices.
  • 3 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite (ID, IL, PS, etc.).
  • Creative eye with a very strong attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented, adaptable, proactive, and strong prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.

Compensation Package:


  • Yearly salary ranging between 58, ,000 depending on skills and qualifications.
